Error code 356

Upon stepping on dead man Lift shuts off.
Rekey lift and code 356 comes on display.
E d contactor was changed access 3 was replaced per Crown support - no change. all options on truck have been disconnected battery was changed. A known Good Steer motor was put in- drive and lift Motors check out any help would be great
