Error 48 Forward & reverse. error code 21 full trottel.

There are 2 large pig tail diodes mounted in the heat sink on the SCR panel. Looking at the panel with the control card on top the left diode is number 3.

hello i checked the contactors for welded tips , where is the d3 diode?
how do i check it ? i have a diode close to a contactor is it D3? /micke

If this is a EV100 control system you need to check the directional contactors for welded tips. Also check D3 diode for short. The 48 code occurs when voltage at T2 is greater than 88% of battery voltage.

The 21 code is for a throttle pot out of range.
