Error 40-5 - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Toyota LPE200B:
Error 40-5

I have an error that is displayed as 40-5 on LPE200B BT Levio Lifter.
I want to know that this error indicates. The Lifter doesn't move at all. Also this error is not found in the BT lifter operator manual.
