ERC060VG Over heating

ERC060VG Over heating: We have had the battery/Charger technicians out as well as the Forklift service provider working on these 7 week old lifts and batteries and they cant seem to pin point the root cause. Seeking input from the field, below is some specs on our lift
MODEL: ERC060VG-YALE 6000# BASE CAP
BATT COMPT: 33.3" (847MM) LENGTH
BATTERY REMOVAL: SIDE - WITH ROLLERS
VOLTAGE: 48V W/BLUE BATT 350 AMP CONN
PERFORMANCE: PREMIUM PERFORMANCE PACKAGE
BATT CHG SYS: TK ARRG FOR CONVENTIONAL
AP/ENVIR CONST: STANDARD 32 TO 120 F
CONSTRUCTION: UL TYPE "E"
MAST: 102-294"-76" free lift

have you resolved this issue?...the temp sensor for the motors are sealed inside the motors, install a 470 ohm res. and test run....i've replaced 2 motors for this reason

Good Morning If the Dealer is looking at the overheating and put the problem in to contact management you should be getting support from NACCO Engineering. I would ask if the Cables have been looked at. We have have to up size our Main Cables from Batttery to the controller. You may want to ask the dealer. Good Luck
