engine will not accelerate under a load

I have a 7fgu30 ser#69415 with ecs it runs fine under a load until you let off throttle under a load and get back into it. It will not pick up any rpm and will stall the only code i have is #1 i cleaned the throttle body and adjusted milliseconds any help would be nice
