Engine piston part number

Any one can help with part number for the engine piston?
Forklift model is dp 45 serial 5CM00069.Engine is a mitsu S6E and the piston diameter is 98 mm

Not listed by diameter but matches that frame serial number... NO telling what has happened to that truck in almost 30 years of use though.

Also found this part number with 98.5mm listed MIT16037-01

Funny. That truck was in Beaumont TX back in 1993

but i m not sure from the size
