have a 50-118 doesn't move or lift, main contact not closing even batteries are charged, no displayed code, blank battery level indicator, and a 21 volt feedback to the main contact coming from the controller,
previously one chain came off the sheave, got fixed by slacking and readjusting chain, no visual damage to the cables, any ideas?
