Clark EH40:
Electrical problems with older Clark

I have been attempting to locate a schematic on this model but so far no success. This is not an intent to get around paying for one, I simply cannot locate it.
The forklift is older and is an electric model. It has no electronic parts in it whatsoever that I can find.
The problem I am experiencing is intermittent operation when pedal is fully depressed and reduced speed output, although partial pedal depression performance seems normal. The speed unit the pedal is connected to seems to operate normally and is an electro-mechanical unit, not an electronic one.

Could that be EC40? A 4 wheeled forklift? What's the throttle petal hooked to?
