Hi all,
I work at a metal processing site that has recently changed from a diesel fleet to an electric one. We load some of our machines by tipping drums of material into them by forklift. With the diesel trucks, we used to be able to use the levers to shake the drums slightly to allow the correct amount of material to fall out.
With the new trucks, they don't have this functionality so my guys are finding that the whole drum tips out, and they are having to hand-ball the material back out the machine. Doing this numerous times a day adds up to a lot of heavy lifting.
Just wondering if there is any way we can alter the setup of the trucks to allow us to do this, or if there are any attachments that could allow us to get the same functionality as we had before?
Thanks
