Jungheinrich EJB 35:
EJB 35 s-l-o-w to lift

I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right section, but I have a customer with a Multiton EJB 35 that sat for 5 yrs. We helped him put new batteries in it and charged them up and truck moves fine, but the lift is very very slow.....What would be causing this? It is full of hydro fluid.....just baffling us
Thanks

Couple of questions:
Does the unit have 1 or 2 pump motors
Does the unit have 2 speed lift
Do you activate the lift with a button or a lever?
Has the motor speed changed?
If it s going slower
you may need brushes
check for loose connection in motor
check hyd oil for foaming
If it is going faster then:
Check the relief valve
