EASI REACH ACR - Vehicle Manager/Computer Replaced... now what?

Hi guys,

I have an EASI REACH ACR I'm working with, and had some issues with so I troubleshooted it down to the vehicle manager/main control unit/computer.

I replaced this computer with a new one from raymond, and now when I try to start the truck it will not run the SELF TEST, or boot up in any way.

The dash lights stay illuminated, but the red led display shows nothing, and truck does nothing.

As far as I know, the vehicle manager does not have a removable EPROM inside.

Do I have to hook up a laptop and program it or do anything to initialize this installation of the new vehicle manager?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi forkup, sometimes the forklift ECU needs to be hooked up to computer to upload the right firmware.
Guys at Solid Hook can rebuild your old computer so the forklift firmware stays original. Just some old or faulty components get replaced
