Discussion:
E 61-3 Code - Pressure sensor open abnormally (P-port)

Hello,

I have code E 61-3 (with blinking spanner) on my Martin cab over 8FGU25. Nowhere inside the service manual does it specify this specific code (ends diagnostic code menu at E 62-3 and starts at E 63-1. Not very helpful. After some digging I found the code specifies "Pressure sensor open abnormally (P-port)." Now that I know what the code is for I looked all over the oil control unit and I cannot find that specific port. Need to verify if pressure is actually low or just sensor fault.

Thanks

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
