DTC 91 Fp low voltage

Dual fuel truck.
Runs great on LP but when you switch to Gasoline the truck will idle all day , but when you travel with it will go into limp mode with code 91.
Manual fuel pressure is between 59-54 psi.
Ground circuit wiring is ok.
Any ideas? Thanks
