DTC 650 AND 154

Looking for help with these trouble codes. The lift has a gm6-262 engine. We ordered a service manual for this truck, but it didn't have the codes in there help? The codes fully read like this on the panel:

DTC 154 EGO 2

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
