Hyster H155FT:
DTC 520304-1

Hey all. Have access to Yale service manual and this code isn't listed. Can anyone tell me what it's for. It has disabled the truck

Thanks in advance

Thanks. I have service passwords and calibrate every transmission service/1000 hrs.

Also the transmission should be recalibrated every 2000 to 3000 hours or anytime the transmission is serviced. This will calibrate the clutch packs. But will have to be done by a Hyster certified technician and use of a laptop or Service Password.

Appreciate the reply. 5000 hour truck with fluid and filter changed every 1000 hours. I will monitor. So far error has not reoccurred.

Roy.

Your forward clutch pressure reading is below normal operating range, most severe. Need to verify transmission fluid is at level. Check trans filter to see when it was last changed. If the filter is solid black it has never been changed. Could have a failed pressure relief valve, but would expect additional codes. Depending on hours and age, operations of lift, clutch pack could be worn out. Have known the transmission harness to fail, possible failed connection. Good Luck

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
