I have a 35E that I can't do much of anything with the ground control will not do anything the carriage will only operate the lift arms if you engage the steering one way yet it won't drive I'm not sure how to read the controller because there is no light until you step on the foot switch then it flashes one time then a hesitation and three more I do have battery voltage
