Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) M40D:
drive problem, manual

have a M40D cat, s/n 4WC01746. No manual.

Have run the diagnostics and everything is ok. The problem is when you step on the accelerator pedal, unit creeps, then takes off. Happens same way forward or reverse.
Checked the drive motor, SCRs, and replaced the throttle control.
Would like a repair manual or if anyone has had this problem

found the problem. the logic card was not receiving one of the inputs from the throttle box due to corrosion. cleaned the contacts of corrosion. unit runs fine. thank you for your response!!!

does this condition occur all the time (cold or hot)?
or only happen after the truck has run and gotten hot?
