Toyota 8FGCU30:
Don't drive at full speed

Hey anyone I had just purchased toyota 8fgcu30 and the truck only drive at like 70% not at full speed can anyone tell me how to fix this problem or do I need hand set to adjust the speed I really appreciate it your help unit is 2010 power lp

yes it does have display board but i had try to push the bottoms but nothing happen these bottoms don't have any control at all not even ask for pass word, does this means i don't have on board capabilities if that is the case what, can i do to speed the truck to full speed? the bottom on the right take you to 2 different screens but that's all you can change nothing any other idea?
i really appreciate your help,

To control the speed you would need on board capabilities and the display would show an Icon of a turtle on the first button from the left. If you do not have this then you don't have speed control. If you do then the speed can be controlled from the onboard system. You would need a password to access that system.
