Discussion:
display shows "Lo"

In our forklift Caterpillar ,EP20KT the display is showing "Lo". What May be the reason? Firstly it comes error 60 and we checked the cables to the display from logic card. And we tried with new logic card , then error code turned to 65 and we had arranged DSW as per the truck details , Then the error code is vanished and the display is showing "Lo " What may be the reason ?
Note : Battery is in good condition

oh yeah, one more important thing.
you HAVE TO have the DSW set to 'setup mode' before the system will accept any changes and store them in memory.
This is why i suggested to doublecheck the DSW switch and wiring.

good luck

65 is logic card, faulty initial setting
possible causes are:
faulty DIP switch (DSW) setting on logic card
model not set
or faulty logic card

i would check all your connector plugs, wiring associated with them and check the DSW switch and make sure its working, wiring on it is good, no loose or broken wires.

code 60 means no serial communication (a serial communication fault)

Lo = Low battery

if you have a discharged battery it can cause the code 60

check you battery and all connections and fuses
