insure the power fuse is good, and set the "drs" switch back to the center position. Be sure to pull the switch's "bat" lever out slightly before moving the switch, if the switch moves too easily, the locking tabs have already been damaged and you may have to replace the card (if this is one where the switch is mounted to the logics card) or the switch.
