display error

The wave is giving the following error:

(batteries have been discharged more than 90%)

but that is definitely not the issure we have a different wave which we have tested the batteries out with and we have also switched the batteries with a wave that had brand new ones.

What do you think could be the problem? I was thinking that the display (that displays fault codes and battery life)

but we have also replaced that - it was not the problem.

I have exactly the same fault with a Wav truck here,we swapped the battery display on to another truck and it is working fine,however on the original truck it shows the batteries as completely discharged but these are actually fine,can you let me know what was wrong with your truck ,thanks

I can't access your flicker photos but the BDI displays fault codes.
The right hand LED is 1
2nd from right is 2
3rd from right is 4
each LED is double
add all illuminated LED's. this is your fault code
post your code and will tell you the answer
