Disabled truck

I have this hyster 50ft witch keeps disabling itself and unable to drive. It will keep running and hydraulics are operational. It's like the transmission kicks out. I also have a trouble code 524260-1. I have not been able to find a explanation for this code yet. I'm thinking it is a sensor or bad wiring somewhere witch has a open circuit at times?

Probably a Tiss or Toss sensor. We usually replace both.
