can i assume the 2 part numbers i sent you back when you first started this were incorrect?
Those were the numbers for an inline and a distributor type inj pump they show in the parts manual for this unit. From the pictures/video you showed me you have a VE type distributor inj pump.
And one of those two numbers i gave you should have worked.
There is a repair kit for that injection pump but it is pricy, $100 or more here in the states, not your best option.

your only other option is to take that filter to a local cat shop or a diesel injection pump rebuild shop and see if they have one. (if you have one in your area that is).

after seeing those pictures/video you had posted it was hard to tell the make on the pump because of whatever was all over it, dirt maybe? try cleaning it up some and see if you can find the tag on it, there should be one on it somewhere that would have the make and model and serial number of the pump itself.

We just don't want you to have the same problem over & over again. This issue you're having is s symptom of another problem.

All I really need is the filter in the delivery pump, are you certain the number supplied is the correct one now you have seen the pictures?

there is one other thing i thought of that is probably causing this debris to form inside the tank and lines, that is algie. Yes some diesel fuel depending on the quality will actually get algie that starts growing in the fuel and that will clog up the filters fairly quick.
There are additives that can be added to the fuel system in the tank that will help curb this problem, these can be found at just about any automotive parts store. A couple of treatments should be all it needs to get this stuff out of the system. You also may want to make sure your fuel supply source if it is a storage tank has a filter system on it so the fuel will be filtered when it it put into the truck if you have this.

I have a picture of the filter required and where it is fitted in the delivery pump. If you recognise this the please supply the correct part number if you have it. The dimentions are 50mm length 8mm maximum diameter.

I suspect somethings up with your primary filter. What brand filter are you using & is there any other equipment using this Fuel?

Difficult to say, there is debris in the primary filter, but it does not get blocked. I'm wondering if the secondary filter is trapping particles of the primary filter itself.

Is your primary filter coated with the same material?

The debris in the secondary filter consist of fine fibres similar to a wet paper towel. The fuel is delivered to site in 50 gallon barrels

This debris you're talking about, it's getting passed the large Fuel filter from the tank? What's this secondary filter getting full of?

It looks to be from memory, 7mm diameter, 50mm long very fine gauze reinforced with 3 plastic strips 1mm width down the sides.

Hi and thanks for the reply, the filter is in the pump under the inlet fitting. The truck in question is fairly new with a serial number of DP30NT CT14FO4275. My feelings are that the filter is part of the pump, but should be a serviceable item available from CAT??????

Do you know the pump manufacturer please. This forklift is over 100miles from me right now so it make things a little difficult.

is it located under the fitting that the inlet line connects to?
you may need to contact the injection pump mfg for that one, it may be part of the pump assy.
You could always contact the cat dealer and see if they have any parts notes about this filter if it does not show in the manual.
I know alot of those line filters are part of the banjo bolts but in this case i have a feeling from what i remember that this is part of the injection pump and not listed in the parts book.

I do not have direct access to my cat manuals at the moment but if you could post a serial number of this truck i may can do some checking and see if i can find it (if it is listed in another part of the book)
