dead forklift

Hello.
I got a used hyster E2.00XM at very low price that has some problem..
Seems dead and does not start anything..
Only the horm works.
If i turn the key does not show anything or screen,
The batteries are good.
I have electronics knowledge to repair an electronics prob.
Where the central pcb and oter electronics are located ?
Is under the batteries ?
How can i remove the frame with all batteries and also how to remove the batteries from frame ?

ok solved all problems forklift works
but when i try 55555 menu password does not work.
How can i reset the password?
Also what adapter i need to connect forklift with pc hyster program ?

Hello again.
I found a faulty cap and a zener diode on controller board replaced
and the forklift opens lcd screen shows some status now.
It say me 51 66 76 error codes CALL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
and blink MODE # 4 message
Where can i fault fault codes list for E2.00XM G108 ?
