Dahaner Superdrive ACS4808 Software Repair

Hi,
My problem is that the servo controller of this type fails after a certain time period repeatedly after replacement in multiple different machines.

I believe this to be a software issue as it gives an error code of "AD-1 or AD-2 or AD-3". The drive controller does not boot up before giving the error codes.

Is it possible for someone to point me in the direction to solve this issue myself?
