Daewoo B30S reverse alarm

Where is the best place to wire in a reverse alarm on a Daewoo B3S, Is it best to take a feed off the direction switch and then through a relay or from the direction contactor coil through a relay? What voltage relay is best? the truck is 80v but im not sure if the control circuit has reduced vaoltage.

What is the direction contactor coil voltage on a 80v truck?

Hi Leon,
If it has the same direction switch as the early daewoo trucks it should have an auxiliary reverse switch, so you can connect it to a fused supply and use that for the reverse alarm.

On B13-18 models the back alarm is usually feeded thruogh DC_Dc converter, but check directional lever assy I think you have an extra switch there to fit the alarm.
