D35S-7 Unable to Display Faults

How's it going guys. I have a Doosan D35S-7/(DS35S-7) that will cut to 50% power during operation and display CEL. Upon startup the CEL is not engaged, it only engages after operation. I am also unable to read a fault code for it. I have tried turning the ignition to "ON", not "RUN" and cycled brakes then tried accelerator within 5 seconds. I do not see any way to cycle through the diagnostics or display the fault codes so I can actually start troubleshooting this thing. I have the manual, just need a way to display the codes, thanks in advance.

There is no way to view the codes without the laptop and G2 Scan software.

The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
