thank my mail : [email address removed]
Hello Assane,
sorry I can't post any documentation here...
Regards
thank you very much Ivanlinaric(the problem comes from the inversion of UR and WR )
but i have already the fault 412 I wantto know how to test the big transistor MOST FET of the pump I hanve't no manuals for this truck
Hello assane_s,
in my table of errors I have this information:
error 405 - battery voltage - over voltage
error 416 - drive current sensor - V phase low output
*error 405
1. check the battery voltage
2. check the main cables to traction board
3. check the batteries and battery compartment
4. looking in to the schematic, the only device that could be measuring voltage is the traction board itself, so if 1, 2 & 3 is OK you could have a faulty board.
*error 416
The drive current sensor is actually just a coil around the V phase of right drive motor. It picks up magnetic field from passing current in the cable and obviously creates a small current that can be measured by the traction board.
1. Check continuity (OHM) of the coil
2. Check power supply and wiring to the coil
3. looking in to the schematic, the only device that could be measuring current is the traction board itself, so if 1 and 2 is OK you could have a faulty board.
I hope I have helped you.
Regards.

D-FET Board is locaded in the control unit.
I do have a picture but I don't quite remeber which board is the D-FET board.
Here's the picture:

Best regards
hey guys!!!!where is the D-FET BOARD located.?can u send me a pic plz......tanks.
I need of service manual for this model and the wiring diagram because i have two broken down by the same code 412 and i don't how to test the FET power of the pum.
Thank you in advance
assane;
The code 412 is identifying a short in the cargo handling FET of FETs power or control circuits. Check related wiring, motor, FETs and battery to chassis current leakage.
I have the code 412 in a nissan 1N1L15Q I ck three big transistor of the pum they are ok ,
i need your help
Thanks...
Yes, I've changed the D-fet board of the left drive. The Forklift works now.
Regards
Ivan
Ivanlinaric;
The truck's management system (Hytachi) is picking up a short in the Drive's transistor POWER circuit. Look closely at current leakage from the battery. Ck current sensor (only measure voltage) and when you check controller elements, also ck the associated harnesses and bus bars. To check the RH & LH field effect transistor boards will require a tear down to check each board which is a 9 FET element construction. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner I just noticed your post.
