cushion height calibration

Looking for assistance on calibrating the cushion height for a Yale Reach, N040EA, I have a few that the cushion speed, seems to kick in at various heights, unless you reset it at the freelift proximity switch, I have tryed enter button on display while at desired height while in calibration mode but does not stay at that count,is the calibration determined by height which is read off the pressure transducer?

Height is determined by height encoder. Sounds like you have a encoder problem.
