R&R Forward/Reverse pot, get with Crown dealer and get OE Parts. New OE kits come with a set of plastic bushings for the controls to ensure pot does not exceed limits. Make sure when you install test the repair by operating like an operator would and push/pull the throttle control as hard as you can.
