Event code 629.12 - Access 3 Issue. Unable to complete shutdown sequence. Ensure that battery cables are tight and the truck is getting more than 11v.

Event code 1119.18 (1119.188 does not exsit) - A rich mixture is detected in the exhaust manifold (oxygen sensor). The oxygen sensor is run through the access 3 module so these two issues could be related.
