Discussion:
coolant in oil

We have a 2020 hyster 50xt, there was coolant in the oil so we replaced the head gasket, inspected the head, everything looked fine, put it all back together and it has the same problem.
compression test was good as well

did you send out the head and have it tested? this may be your next step since the head gasket replacement did not fix it. of course there is the worst case scenario where there is a problem with the engine block itself, unlikely but always a possibility if the head truly checks out ok. nobody likes to do a job twice but if you didn't send the head out and have it pressure tested (crack tested) then you'll have to do that now.
