Discussion:
Controller?

The lift pump work well. The unit just does not move more than 1 foot per minute. Have a few codes that I used a Zapi tester on, and need to know what controller I can use.
Logic Failure 19255hr, Motor Shut down 19254Hr, Steer Sensor KO 19254Hr, Contactor open 19255hr. both Contactors Pull in. The fix is replace controller.
I removed the counter weight to access the controller FZ5035 is they any other one that will work? FZ5035A in understand does but what about FZ5035B? OR FZ5212? Does anyone have a FZ5035?

Joe are they trying to say that after you installed it the first time after they fixed it that something shorted it out and they can't fix it now?

They just responded after months,
When we received it back as a warranty request, my tech
inspected the controller and advised that the controller was shorted beyond
repair.

When you sent it back what did they say why they will not repair it now and why won't they send it back if you payed for it fixed or not. Let me know if l can help you.

Sent my controller to Uni Parts. They said they repaired it and sent it back. Hooked it up and unit did the same thing. Had the Clark dealer come out and said the controller is bad. Sent it back to Uni Parts and they said it is not repairable now because something went out inside of it. They charge me 1500 plus shipping and never return my controller and will not respond. Last email was in March.

I read your post l am not sure if any other controller will work but there are two company that you can have your controller repaired you will need to have and account with them. you call and talk to them the first one is flight system in Carlie PA the second one is uni parts in Benville Illinois give them a call they can help. Also l have worked on a few of those Clark's l have seen that if the motor cables are chaffed under the battery that could cause muitipull codes look at the moter cables good.

He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
