Working on a Crown WAV50-118 that will not power up.
Error lights displayed as follows, from Right to left:
RH LED on, then skip a space...then next 3 to the left are lit also.
Im confused as to how to interpret this.
With a handset connected, I get contactor fault whenever keyswitch is cycled.
Any suggestions as to where to look next? This has been an intermittent fault for weeks, and I have not been able to duplicate it until today. Now it is hard faulted and will not drive.

Thanks again Techno NZ!
Replaced the ED contactor and has run for a week with no further problems.
Error code 29 - Main contactor fault
Indicates ED (main) contactor is open or short
Verify buss bar and power connections at ED contactor and traction controller.
Verify ED t contactor tips are not welded or obstructed.
Disconnect wires from ED contactor and test resistance of coil, if less than 48 or greater than 65 ohms, replace contactor. If between 48 & 65 ohms, replace traction controller.
I'd be hesitant about replacing traction controller without being as sure as possible that it was faulty.
There should be a diode or suppressor across the ed contactor, disconnect one end of it before testing resistance. Also test it for short or open circuit. Also check fuses next to ed contactor (remove them and test)
Thank you Techno NZ!
Yes, that is exactly what it does, click once and drop out. Will a fault on the pump side of the controls keep the unit from driving?
Does the main contactor click in and then drop out when you key on? First things i'd be checking would be coil resistance, contact tips (remove contactor to check rear tips properly) and the diode across the coil. Also check pump contactor coil, not sure if this code is relevant to main or pump and don't have access to a manual right now.
