comand Curtis PMC 1187-070

Hello
I disarmed a command curtis.
this is 9508BU transistors or IGBT and diodes SR4180R damaged.
the problem is that I can not find the features that are manufactured Inhouse
anyone has any information about this.

todo tiene reparacion, lo complejo a veces es encontrar el modo
