Discussion:
Codes 53 & 54

The start of the problem is when we steam cleaned unit & ran it shortly after.
After blowing out & letting dry for 7 days this is what happens.
With key off, truck will cycle dash as if key is on with in 5-10 seconds of plugging batt in. Then codes come up & unit will not operate. If key is cycled 3-4 times truck will sometimes run. If u unplug battery, & plug batt back in & turn key on before it automatically starts up with in 5-10 seconds, truck will always run & operate normally with out coding. If u then turn key off unit will power up dash with in 5-10 seconds & you are back to codes 53 & 54.
We thought it was the master Vehicle controller. Sent it out to Uniparts & they said it tested good. I have checked & blown out ever thing including dash. No water made its way to drive & pump controllers. Is this a drive controller Canbus issue?

Its a Danahar ac controller. I just installed the Master v controller & it still does the same.
I pulled the suppression module & I can smell a burnt smell. Just got off phone w uniparts & ordered a used 1 for $30. This makes sense to me y it fires up. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
