Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) E6000:
codes 34 and 61

i have a cat e6000 and it is showing codes 34 and 61 any idea on what these codes are would help a lot. The truck will not drive or lift.

strange nobody has answered this one yet

code 34 is Pump Motor current sensor fault
possible DSP card fault or ribbon cable connection problem.
worse case the inverter is bad.

code 61 is group 3 not set correctly.

if you are getting both these codes the problem is usually set by code 34 and code 61 is a symptom code because of code 34.
check the pump inverter very closely, check the power terminals for any melting.
According to the service grams on these codes they point to a faulty pump inverter.
