Turn key switch on and goes through self test ok. Step on dead man pedal and code appears. Lift/lower works but not drive or steering.

Does the steer wheel auto center when you step on the deadman pedal? If not, the gear shaft at the bottom of the steer motor may be sheared off on top of the gear. Seen it a few times.
