im working on toyota FGCU15,im getting a code of E06-3,the forklift runs but no throttle response.Does anyone knows this code means?

There's an E Throttle fuse in the fuse box. Just had a customer throwing this code because that fuse was blown when they jump started the lift. If that's your problem, after you've replaced the fuse though you will need to disconnect the battery to reset the ECU - maybe it'll self clear after enough restarts, but I manually cleared it in this truck's case.

I have the same issue. Say it's not the harness , what else could cause this ?

06-3 06-3 Blinking 4Y-ECS Throttle motor power supply circuit open abnormality

throttle motor is on the carb where the fuel goes in most likly cause is a broken wire in the engine harness above spark plug #2
