Control handle was not in up position at power ON or after the truck has not been used for a time.

Check to make sure control handle goes all the way up and that the switches at the bottom of the handle assembly are operating......

Handle can not be in the down pisition at startup and cant be left in the down pisition for an extended amount of time unless its being operated...
