Code 64 - Very slow lifting

We just brought in a used machine and it is very slow to lift. It will code 64 if you hold it. Any thoughts from Raymond experienced folks?

If any one sees this and doesn't see their solution, try this: Check your battery voltage, check the lift pump splines, and if equipped with a mini-mast check your proportional valve isn't sticking. Hope this helps!
