SAS Light is on at the dash. Throwing code #54. What does this code mean. What should I look for?

Not sure,I don't work on a lot of toyotas,but if that is the active code then I would address it first

This morning the unit was running and operating correctly with the light on. Now the unit will not start. Code 54 Swing solenoid abnormality wouldn't prevent the unit from starting would it?

Check your solenoid for the SAS cylinder on the steer axle
