code 522616-8

Our truck acts like it has no throttle speed so I am assuming this code 522616-8 has something to do with throttle speed control? Can someone shed some light on this for me please

Throttle not in position. Check the throttle body for sticking. You may need to clean it. If this does not fix the problem replace the throttle body.
