Discussion:
CODE 45

I have a Raymond R35 with a code 45, i have the book on the truck and all the checks are good. when i step on the dead man the truck works for 2-3 seconds then the traction contractor drops out like it should with code 45. one issue though the contact is closed and has no resistance.

the book tells me to do all the checks for this code ending in replace the vehicle manager a 5000+ part. thanks tvh.

so i ask anyone out there if you know where the vehicle manager tests the voltage for the traction contractor if you could please tell me so i can make sure that my wire is not broken or something stupid like that that would be amazing

thanks

Patrick

The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
