CODE 40 IN CATERPILLAR 2EC25

I HAVE A FORKLIFT CATERPILLAR 2EC25 nothing appears at power display only two zeros (00) BUT TO GIVE MEANING AND PUSH THE THROTTLE is hum and brand code 40, this is due to???
