throttle voltage is outside limit is what this code is for. you need to check the speed pot inside the tiller handle. easiest way to do this is to go through access 1 and get into the diagnostics. you will need your manual for this. access code for level 2 is 2311 unless it has been changed by someone.

Check your harness. Could be broken/shorted at the handle pivot point.

I've the same 336... the pot is good , both the fs and rs only show 0 (can both go bad at the same exact time ?)... The guy using it said it was fine before he parked it and went to lunch... Its only about 2 weeks old. Any ideas ?

It can switch from 0 to 1, but resistance in the switch will log the 336 code every time. Make sure you look on the switch you're using, a 15a switch will perform much better than the 10a ones used from the factory. When I go to a breakdown call for a 336 code and I see switches in there with one white side....automatically change them first.

This could also mean the accell pot needs to be adjusted. Turn this only in small increments at a time. Usually a wrench light will show when this is the case.

Go into Analyzer and check the status of the Fwd/Rev should as you move the twist grip. Status should change from 0 to 1 if the switches are good. If they are good than adjust the screw down so each switch closes very shortly after the twist grip is turned.

336 is Throttle V outside limits.

Not listed in T-shoot steps for this fault but Ive found a broken/shorted wire to the BRS on this, or a bad switch itself.
