Crown PC4500-80:
code 312

lift had loose connections at access 3 at the u,v,w, lugs the cables were tight at traction motor but not at access 3 so all three cables and access 3 had to be replaced then code 312 appeared access 3 over current since then other techs replaced traction motor and brake still code 312 did pull fuses from any optional electronics that have been added to lift I'm seeing 14 volts at frame i have no shorts from cable to cable or from access 3 (U,V,W) lugs to frame or from phases to frame i blew out brush dust from hyd pump motor sometimes throw code when turning not sure about pot 4 i think the enc1 is new i think it came with new motor haven't gotten that far yet. Lift as just over 200 hours.

I ran into this issue last week, replaced encoder bearing, checked all harnesses. Ended up being the traction card in the control handle. Hope this helps.
