Does anyone know what code 30 is?

code 30 is excessive acceleration detected
generally this is triggered when the drive encoder faults out due to a broken coupler or Mal-adjustment or the set screws slipped on the coupler... something in that area.
I'm sure you have repaired this by now but thought i'd just follow up since nobody has responded to this yet.
