Code 3 and doesnt move

We have a Crown SC2300 and it doesnt move and forks dont move either. Sometimes it goes. The red LED blinks, i think code 3. Any help will be appreciated

When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
