I'm working on a ECX30 Clark getting code 246..Slave ER I have replaced both controllers, checked jumper on plug B5 B11 on pump controller found good, Suspected body harness and replaced code still showing. Lift has no traction and no Hydraulics. Code suggests pumps safety is bypassed and only terminals it suggests are B5 &B11 on pump controller has anyone had this problem and has anyone any other direction you can suggests trying I have exhausted all avenues any other direction would be gratefully appreciated. Also the Manuel doesn't mention Slave ER in the code reference what does Slave ER refer too?

You're welcome.
Sounds like the lift pot is out of adjustment. Make sure the lift pot is not loose or bent and that the lever actually moves the pot a full stroke when lifting. If its not showing a fault code its most likely the pot has come loose or is bad. It hangs off under the dash and works off the lift lever linkage.
Look at that first
Its possible someone set max lift speed to a lower setting than desired. If you have a Zapi handset you can check it with that
Ok" now that makes sense to me thanks again. If you don't mind I need to some advice on one other problem on the same model lift I have a problem with high speed hydraulics with lift function only have any ideas on the subject? The high speed switch is making up and getting power but no high speed lift? I know it's working I can hold the tilt down and run lift and high speed works??
It just means that there is a slave controller error. Slave control being the pump controller. There isn't enough room for the second R on the display.
What exactly does Slave ER stand for in this code?Since it was in cooling fan circuit.
You hit it on the head thank you. Came in today went straight to lift and unplugged fan it is now running thank you again
Unplug the hydraulic motor cooling fan and see if the code goes away. If the fan motor is shorted it can cause this code
